Sunrise Sup Yoga is an early morning yoga session on top of a paddle surfboard, while Sunrise Paddle Surf is a balance and endurance activity on a paddleboard in the water. Both activities take place in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, which adds an extra dimension to the practice of yoga and paddle surfing.
The Full Moon event is a unique experience that takes place during the full moon. This activity takes place on the beach and consists of an outing to the sea on a Paddle Surf board or Kayak celebrating the energy of the moon and with which we will feel the connection with nature surrounded by the sea water.
