How can I book a water birthday party?
You can reserve by contacting us through our form, once we receive your request we will contact you to formalize the reservation. If you have questions, you can write to us via e-mail at info@supandsail.com or call us during office hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday to Friday. We will advise and help you throughout the reservation process.
Are discounts available for large groups?
We offer special discounts for groups of more than 10 children. Contact us for more information and to obtain a personalized quote.
Can parents stay during the party?
Of course, parents can stay and enjoy the private party area while the kids participate in the water activities.
Can I book the birthday party without worrying about bad weather?
Yes, we understand that the weather is unpredictable. That's why we offer a risk-free booking policy. In the event that water activities cannot be carried out due to bad weather, we guarantee a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Can food be brought to the facilities?
While we do not provide food, parents are free to bring their own snacks and drinks to the celebration.
What safety measures are applied during water activities?
In addition to having professional monitors and safety equipment, we provide parents with an information kit on water safety and the benefits of these activities for children.
What is the minimum number of participants required for the activity and what happens if there are fewer children?
The minimum number of participants for our aquatic activities is 6 children. If your group is smaller, you can still reserve by paying the amount corresponding to the minimum of 6 participants, thus guaranteeing the completion of the event.
