• It is the client’s responsibility to travel to the place of the activity.
• Our services are subject to changing weather conditions and sea conditions, for this reason we are sometimes forced to communicate last minute changes, such as the cancellation of the activity. SUP and SAIL Activities, S.L. will communicate with the customer the conformity of these changes by phone call, email or text message.
• It is recommended not to carry valuables, SUP and SAIL Activities, S.L. does not have the appropriate structures to guard the personal material, for that reason, it is not responsible for possible losses or damages to the personal material guarded.

Packs

Packs purchased with an account will be for the sole use of that person, it will not be possible to buy a pack and use it with several different people, with the exception of Kayak, which allows the use of the holder + a companion.

 

Cancelation

Once the reservation has been made, it can be cancelled 24 hours before the selected time. The amount will not be refunded, only the schedule can be changed.
